Stavros is the driving force behind Ardent Holding Group. He has over 25 years experience in New York City Construction and Renovation Market. Stavros’ expertise is solidified by the steadfast relationships and hundreds of vendors he has worked with over the years. Stavros began his training under his father’s guidance who owned Webster Glass & Shade in the Bainbridge section of Bronx for over 30 years. Stavros learned how to treat customers and advise on best practices regardless of the financial outcome. Seeking to broaden his horizons and diversify his knowledge Stavros began training and working for many different niche construction firms. His property management experience primarily stems from overseeing multifamily rentals and mix used buildings for AIMCO. Stavros oversaw all vendors working in his portfolio. He was tasked with increasing rent role for the portfolio while increasing the resident’s quality of life and reducing maintenance expense. He frequently went against the powers that be to support residents who were not getting a fair shake from management. Stavros founded Ardent Holding Group, LLC in 2014 with a vision to make project management affordable and implemented preventative maintenance service plans for the average homeowner, These programs empowered the homeowner to set timelines for repairs and effectively managed the process for efficiency and accuracy.
