Shortly following  the Property Consultation we will draft the Rent Roll Report and if applicable a construction plan.  The construction plan outlines work to be done to maximize the rent potential.  Ardent Group in most cases will finance the entire project at 0% interest.  Their is no timeline to pay back the loan and is done so through a percentage of rent receivables, 

At this stage property upgrades, photos and property listings have been completed for several platforms.  Ardent Group will advertise your property to the niche rental markets and drive rent role income every month.  Prospective tenants are also subject to income verification, criminal background check and credit score verification. Once we feel the applicant is deemed a good match we present the offer to the landlord for final approval.
