Stavros is the driving force behind Ardent Holding Group.  With over 25 years in the New York City Construction and Renovation Market his expertise is solidified by the strong relationships and hundreds of vendors he has worked with over the years.  Stavros began his training under his father who ran Webster Glass & Shade in the Bronx.  He learned how to treat customers and advise on best practices regardless of the financial outcome.   From there he diversified his knowledge base by working for carpentry firms and industrial hardware firms.  Stavros managed multifamily rentals and mix used buildings for AIMCO. He managed all vendors working in the buildings and was tasked to increase rent role for the portfolio while increasing the resident’s quality of life.  He frequently went against the powers that be to support residents who were not getting a fair shake from management.  Always being environmentally conscious during covid he began building cabins in upstate NY.  When the pandemic ended Stavros  finally re-entered the commercial property and residential property management market.  Stavros founded Ardent Holding Group, LLC in 2011  with a vision to make project management affordable and then implemented preventative maintenance service plans for the average homeowner,  These programs empowered the homeowner to set timelines for repairs and effectively managed the process for efficiency and accuracy.  Stavros also understood the potential income for short term rentals and has developed an expertise in housing law and rental marketing.  Contact Stavros today for the best in personalized service and consumer focused project and property management.
